“I chose to participate in Sarah’s cleanse because I really wasn’t sure that I’d be able to do it and I was itching for a challenge in the new year. “Sarah's fresh food cleanse is such a breath of fresh air and truly a world away from your typical powder-based mass-marketed cleanse! I have done the Kroma Wellness Reset as well as Prolon several times, and struggled a lot with hunger during both.
